DESIGN

Original hand-drawn design

It takes at least 12 months to make a silk scarf, and four months just to design the pattern. The designer is from France, Italy, the Netherlands and other six countries of the painter, all the silk scarf/scarf pattern is hand-drawn by the designer original, the pattern is drawn, and then by the professional factory production stereotype, how many colors need to make how many stereotypes, the process is complicated, the scarf is divided into men's and women's.

The raw materials of each scarf are carefully selected:
Silk scarf is made of 100% mulberry silk,We choose the first class Double palace cocoon silkworm silk, which is a natural protein fiber with soft, smooth, elastic, natural luster, good air permeability and UV shielding.
Cashmere scarf, cashmere from the underhair of less than one year old goat, is the goat closest to the bottom of the skin of a thin layer of cashmere, is an extremely rare special animal fiber, moisture absorption and air permeability, but also very warm, delicate and soft fabric.

Silk making process

After harvesting, the cocoon was dried for 12 days, the silk was tested for 6 days, and the silk was drawn by hand for 15 days.
The cocoon is boiled in high temperature water, soaked in hot water of 90~100 degrees Celsius to separate the sericin and silk fibroin, and then the silk is drawn by hand. No matter the labor cost, just to do every silk.
