1.All our orders are typically processed & shipped within 2-3 business days. Once a package gets shipped it may take approximately:
7-10 Business Days to USA, Australia, Canada & UK .
7-15 Business Days to other countries .
2.You can cancel your order, we accept order cancellations before product processing. If the order is canceled by that time, you will get a full refund.But If the product has already been shipped out, we will unfortunately be unable to cancel the order. Thank you for your understand!

3.When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Return Policy
1.We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2.Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we will investigate your case and issue you a replacement or refund.
3.If you wish to cancel an order that has already been shipped, you can choose to reject delivery or return the item upon its arrival. The shipping cost of the return will be borne by the buyer and the shipping cost of the original purchase will not be refunded.
4.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
1.We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

3.If your original order includes shipping costs, any shipping costs will not be refunded.
4.The shipping cost of the return will be borne by the buyer. (payment on receipt is not supported)
